Question: Where will my surgery be performed at?

Answer: Most surgeries are performed at one of the following facilities:

            When you schedule your procedure, you will be notified of the location.

Question: When will I know what time to be at the facility?

Answer: The facility will contact you directly and inform you of the time you need to arrive. You may not hear from them until the evening before your surgery. If you have questions, call the facility directly.
